Tracking the stolen pink ladies

ANOTHER pink lady has been handed in after 95 of the silhouettes - used to raise awareness about the high incidence of breast cancer - were stolen from the North Coast National Show last weekend.

The latest pink lady - looking slightly worse for wear - was returned to The Northern Star's downtown office on Friday.

So far, three of the 95 silhouettes have been returned.

The Northern Star is on a mission to find the rest of the pink ladies and return them to the Lismore and District Breast Cancer Support Group.

The support group had included the ladies as part of their display at the show.

Anyone who has a pink lady can bring it into the office of The Northern Star or any of its associated publications or call the breast cancer support group on 662805663.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month.
