Events washed out

Wet weather around the Northern Rivers has forced the cancellation of two events.

A free activity day for Naidoc Week, which was planned to be held at Heritage Park tomorrow by Lismore City Council, has been put off until August 4 in the hope of better weather.

At the same time an athletics carnival planned for Byron Bay Public School for today has been put off until July 20, in the first week back after school holidays.
