Legally Blonde to rock Ballina Players Theatre

TICKETS are soon to go on sale for Ballina Players Theatre Company's latest Youth production, Legally Blonde, starring Jamaika Smith as Elle Woods.

Elle expects to be proposed to, but is dumped for someone more "Serious", so she follows her 'boyfriend' to Harvard and studies law.

She is chosen as an intern to fight a special case defending Brooke Wyndham who is accused of murder.

Following the movie of the same name starring Reece Witherspoon, this musical features some stirringly brassy and bubbly music.

This Youth production has 27 teens from 10-18 years of age and is directed by Mike and Jaime Sheehan, with Musical Direction by Jordan Stotter.

Legally Blonde Jr runs at Ballina Players Theatre from Friday January 15 to Sunday January 24 with evening performances at 7pm and matinee shows at 2pm.

More information can be found on the Ballina Players Theatre website.

Tickets are available from Monday 14 December at Just Funkin' Music in River St by cash or credit card or over the phone with a credit card ($2/ticket booking fee) or online at our website without the fee.
