Laughter: the new fitness workout

GOOD news!

Researchers have found that doubling over with laughter has similar effects on your body as pumping iron in the gym. Finally - that's an exercise I can get behind.

Now all they need to do is find a type of chocolate that helps you lose weight (without any laxatives).

So, to help enhance your mood, reduce stress, boost your immune system and lower your blood pressure, have a laugh.
