Koala helps Lismore police with their training

A LITTLE friend came along to help the local Police Rescue squad with their training session recently.

The squad were conducting some tree climbing training at Southern Cross University, police said on the Richmond LAC Facebook page.

As they were conducting their training one of the officers "felt as though he was being watched by someone other than the officers below", police wrote.

"On looking over his shoulder he saw the little fellow in the photo."
