Injured teenager can't recall motocross bike crash

RACQ CareFlight was tasked to The Gap Creek motocross park at Cunningham's Gap yesterday afternoon after a teenager was injured in a motocross bike accident.

The teenager did not recall the incident but it was believed he had hit a tree.

He suffered chest injuries and the RACQ CareFlight medical crew along with Queensland Ambulance Service officers treated his injuries and stabilised him for flight.

He was airlifted to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
