House Rules heading to country Queensland

THIS upcoming week will be a big one for Dalby twins Luke and Cody Cook.

The brothers will hand over the keys to their 1940s weatherboard home, which Luke purchased and Cody also lives in, to their fellow teams for a full internal renovation starting on Channel 7's  reno show House Rules tomorrow night.

The brothers will also be seen celebrating their 24th birthday on the day the renovations are revealed in next Sunday's episode.

Sparky Luke currently spends half his wage on the charming but run-down home's $120,000 mortgage. If they win the show's grand prize, then that mortgage will be paid in full.

This week will be a well-deserved rest for the boys, who narrowly avoided coming last this week.

It was an abrupt end to their two-week winning streak that saw bossy Navy man Rob and his wife Rose come out on top.

South Australia's Brooke and Michelle will spend the week in Dalby camping out in a tent after finishing one point behind Luke and Cody.
