House fire at Lismore Heights

A FATHER and his 14-month-old daughter narrowly escaped injury when their Lismore Heights home caught fire this morning.

Firefighters were called to the blaze in Frederick Street shortly after 11.30am, arriving just as the tile roof began to collapse.

The brick veneer house was seriously damaged by the fire and investigations are underway.
