Greyhound opens terminal at Byron

THE Greyhound Australia terminal on Jonson Street, Byron Bay, was officially opened today.

Greyhound Australia Chief Executive Officer Robert Thomas said the terminal was a one-stop-shop for travellers to book their domestic and international holiday.

“Local businesses have welcomed the opening of Greyhound Australia’s Byron Bay terminal and are supporting the launch day with a great selection of giveaways," Mr Thomas said.

“We’ve partnered with popular local haunt Cheeky Monkey’s to give our customers free entry and a free drink tonight from 7pm.

“The Byron Bay terminal is the result of Greyhound Australia’s partnership with Global Gossip Internet Cafe and to help us celebrate they are giving away free internet sessions to customers all day.”

The celebration continues through the month of August with Greyhound hosting a free barbecue for Byron Bay terminal customers every Tuesday from 12-2pm.
