A NATIONAL campaign against coal seam gas has gained more than 80,000 supporters, launching an interactive map showing wells and incidents across the country.

The GetUp campaign recently launched the new map to highlight the stories of those opposed to the growing industry.

It shows videos of local landholders and others opposed to the industry, but also highlights the small number of reported incidents on wells through the country.

The map illustrates state government data from New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.
