Gardens a blooming success

JUDGES braved rain, wind and freezing temperatures to decide the Northern Rivers Grand Garden Champion recently.

Choosing between the best gardens from each district, Chris Ryan from Coraki, Vicki Pye from Coraki and Geoff Densley from Kyogle took a great deal of discussion to decide the winner.

Lismore Club's entrants Paul and Marie Parkinson from Tullera received the Grand Champion Garden Trophy Of 2015 and the Reserve Champion went to Peter and Mary Constable from Kyogle.

The awards were held in Lismore.
