Dee captures menace of a storm cloud for Photo of the Day

FRIDAY'S Photo of the Day poll was basically owned by 14-year-old Ellie Cameron who achieved an extraordinary 76% vote.

However, competition for the runner-up position was fierce and ultimately led to a tie between this intense storm cloud photo by Dee Hartin and another stormy-looking image from Neville Cattell, taken from the Ballina Lighthouse lookout.

Both Dee's image and Neville's each picked up 6% of the overall vote.
