Film star recipes sure to entice your tastebuds
IT won't be on shelves for another four months, but Gwyneth Paltrow's latest cookbook, It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great, is already a hit, with pre-orders on Amazon pouring in.
The book, Paltrow's second, features recipes 'for the foods she eats when she wants to lose weight, look good, and feel more energetic', according to the description on Amazon.
The book was born after a visit to her doctor revealed Paltrow was anaemic, vitamin D deficient, and that her stress levels were through the roof.
She was prescribed an elimination diet which got rid of all the baddies like coffee, alcohol, sugar, eggs, wheat, meat and processed food.
Well known for her love of food and cooking, Paltrow said she was worried that all these restrictions would make mealtimes boring and repetitive, so she set about creating a collection of recipes that adhered to the strict dietary guidelines, but still tasted great.
The book includes recipes such as salmon burgers with pickled ginger, and chocolate brownies with banana ice cream.
