Byron student singers brighten Feros residents' day

The Starfish class from Byron Community Public School went to Feros Care at Byron Bay to sing for the residents. The highlight of the singing was to make the residents sing along and make them happy.

We sang 'You are my Sunshine', 'What should we do with a drunken sailor', 'What a wonderful world", 'Here comes the sun', "I got peace like a river', 'Little help from my friends' and 'Road to Gundagai and some more.

The residents really enjoyed the singing.

We hope we are going to visit them again.

After the singing we got to meet the residents and know how they are feeling and they told us their life story.
