Driver four times over legal limit

BALLINA Police have arrested and charged a 35-year-old Ballina man for High Range PCA after he was observed driving in an erratic manner on Coast Road, East Ballina at 2.30am on Tuesday morning.

A subsequent breath analysis produced a reading of 0.215 which is more than four times above the legal limit.

The man has been bailed to appear in Ballina Local Court on July 29.
