Drink driver allegedly hit seven cars

HITTING a parked car should have been all the warning a Sydney man needed that he had been drinking too much to drive - but six cars later, only the police could convince him to hand over his keys.

The 36-year-old Little Bay man allegedly hit seven cars on a boozy trip around Matraville Wednesday morning.

A witness phoned police and the man was eventually pulled over and arrested in a nearby street.

He returned a BCA of 0.08 and was charged with drink-driving and failing to stop after a crash.

He will front court next month.
