Dragons forward Michael Weyman back for Anzac Day clash
TEST and Origin forward Michael Weyman has been named on the bench, but as 18th man, for the Dragons in their annual Anzac Day clash with the Roosters at Allianz Stadium.
The most experienced prop in the Dragons camp, Weyman is returning from a calf injury suffered in the lead-up to round four and has not played since.
The Roosters, in fourth spot and buoyed by shutouts in two of their past three matches, have named the same side that thrashed the Bulldogs 38-nil in round six.
A host of Warriors players are returning for the Anzac Day night match, against the Storm in Melbourne.
Glen Fisiiahi, Jacob Lillyman, Elijah Taylor, Pita Godinet and Jerome Ropati are back to bolster a side which will be without skipper Simon Mannering (calf), Manu Vatuvei (sternum) and Dane Nielsen (rib).
Meanwhile Storm coach Craig Bellamy has selected a 20-man squad, including crack centre Justin O'Neill on the bench.
O'Neill has not played since breaking his jaw against the Cowboys in round two.
Rabbitohs' coach Michael McGuire has again overlooked captain Mick Crocker for Friday night's blockbuster against the Sea Eagles at Brookvale.
Crocker is seemingly out of favour at Redfern and has played only three of six matches this season.
Tom Learoyd-Lahrs replaces injured Raiders prop David Shillington for their clash with the Cowboys in Townsville and Jake Foster debuts for the club in place of injured backrower Josh Papalii.
Captain Terry Campese remains on the bench.
The Cowboys welcome back veterans Matt Bowen and Dallas Johnson.
Josh McGuire, sidelined with a calf strain since the round two, is back for the Broncos in their Saturday night encounter with the Tigers at Campbelltown.
With Benji Marshall and Braith Anasta inured the Tigers have named Curtis Sironen and Tim Moltzen in the halves.
As expected Dave Taylor is back in the Titans line-up after a week's suspension and a stint in the Queensland Cup. Aiden Sezer, Matt Srama and Beau Falloon also return for their Skilled Park clash with the Knights on Sunday.
Dane Gagai returns for Newcastle while Jarrod Mullen has recovered from the injury that sidelined him from the City-Country clash at the weekend.
The Bulldogs are unchanged for Sunday's match-of-the-day against the Sharks, who have Todd Carney and Johnathan Wright returning.
Matt Moylan and Travis Robinson, brother of Raiders' fullback Reece, will debut for the Panthers against the Eels on Monday night.
