Time warping after 40 years, what a horror

DRAG out your high heels or your best costume and head to the Eltham Film night for a Rocky Horror Picture Show extravaganza.

The event will be part of the 40th anniversary of the film's release.

The fundraiser will be held by the Eltham Community Foundation, a community-based, not-for-profit organisation established in 2005.

The Eltham Community Foundation has been primarily working towards saving the Eltham Railway Cottage from demolition.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is the weird and wonderful tale of newly engaged couple Brad and Janet.

The couple encounter a problem when their car halts in the rain.

They both look for contact, only to find themselves at the castle of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite.

A place to stay is offered, but will Brad and Janet want to remain there? Especially when a large group of Transylvanians dance to the Time Warp, Dr. Frank-N-Furter builds his own man and a whole host of participation for the audience to enjoy.

Dress up, don your best high heels, put on your make up (shave first if you have a beard) and have a great night.

This iconic film screens on Saturday, October 31, at the Eltham Hall and is one not to be missed on the big screen.
