JOSHUA Waters has a number of outstanding arrest warrants in both NSW and Queensland for failing to appear at court for such offences as break, enter, steal and assaults.
He is known to frequent Northern NSW and the Gold Coast area.
Police are requesting any information on his whereabouts are to be forwarded to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
