Boxing Day dance party for locals looking for good time

LISMORE residents can make Boxing Day a dance party day at Resonate.

Producer and DJ Kevin D'Orion confirmed the party would offer two music arenas.

The main area will come alive with music from Mr D'Orion, Nick Taylor, Si Clone and Elscorcho.

The second area, Courtyard Crunch, will offer the beats by DJs Fatty Broomsticks, Chief Get Down, Mandeldrop and Jazzy Lady.

The venue will also offer a free community double barbecue at the courtyard for punters, with a meat barbecue and a vegetarian one. Mr D'Orion said the venue would accommodate up to 400 people. He said organisers wanted to offer locals a fun and safe environment to celebrate the holiday season.

At Jack's Bar at the Met, 98 Keen St, Lismore, from 6pm. $15. No tickets sold after midnight. Tickets from event brite.com.au.
