Defector says Kim's at risk

NORTH Korea's dictator aims to get the ability to hit the US with a nuclear missile, but a high-level defector says the people will topple Kim Jong-un (right) if they get the chance. Thae Yong-ho was a senior diplomat at the North Korean Embassy in London until he defected to South Korea. He told media the isolationist regime was heading for collapse with its people increasingly disillusioned, particularly the elite the dictator depended on. "As long as Kim Jong-un is in power, there'll be no chance for the world to improve the human rights issue or cancel the nuclear program,” he said.
