Cricket switches back

THE LJ Hooker switches back the two-day format this week, with the one-day round competition wrapping up.

The one-day semi finals will be played at Oakes Oval as day-night games with Casino v Ballina on February 7 and Cudgen v South Tweed Colts a week later.

The final will also be at Oakes Oval on February 28.

In other games, in the Lismore derby, Souths must defeat the impressive Marist Brothers at Nielson Park to keep their finals chances alive.

On the Tweed, Casino plays Terranora Lakes, while Byron-Brunswick take on the South Tweed Colts.

Ballina Bears look to reclaim the league’s top spot at home against Pottsville. Alstonville face Cudgen at Hill Park and Workers look to upset the in-form Tintenbar-East Ballina at South Lismore. Lennox Head will take on Murwillumbah at home.
