Mason Lee: Toddler's autopsy results to take six months
THREE people charged with manslaughter over the death of toddler Mason Lee had their charges mentioned in court yesterday, while their lawyers wait for an autopsy report to be handed down.
Lawyers for Mason Lee's stepfather William Andrew O'Sullivan, 36, and Mason's mother Anne-Marie Lee, 27, appeared in Caboolture Magistrates Court on behalf of their clients.
Earlier yesterday morning, the case of Ryan Robert Barry Hodson, 17, was mentioned before the same magistrate.
William Andrew O'Sullivan and Anne-Marie Lee are currently remanded in custody, while Ryan Robert Barry Hodson is free on bail.
All three accused have been charged with manslaughter.
Police allege Mason suffered injuries - including a ruptured intestine - that led to his death.
They are claiming the adults in the house did not seek medical attention for the toddler.
All three accused are scheduled to face court again on March 10.
However, the autopsy report is not expected to be available until about June.
