Couple killed in crash

[BREAKING]
AN elderly couple have been killed after crashing their car on the outskirts of Coraki at about 12.15pm today.

The pair, believed to be in their late 70s, were driving towards Coraki on the Casino Coraki Road when their Daihatsu Feroza 4WD left the road and crashed, 2km from the small village.

Police said the car travelled over a number of raised driveways before rolling a number of times and coming to rest on its roof.

It appears the car crashed into a concrete drain on the side of the road.

Ambulance, firefighters and police were all in attendance.

Police from Richmond Local Area Command are investigating and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
