Coraki lights shine

CORAKI has been a beautiful sight over the Christmas period, with five houses being randomly drawn to receive prizes from the Coraki Lions Club Christmas Lights competition.

Winners were Belinda McElligott, Barb O'Connor, Pam Loader, Bob James and Gloria Grande.

"It was lovely to see Coraki so lit up at Christmas, showing that people had pride in their town," Lions representative Norma Thomas said.

The Giant Christmas Stocking raffle was also run by the Lions Club and was won by Gail O'Leary.

Second prize of a basket of goodies went to Debbie Aboud.

Third prize of a $30 Spar voucher was won by J. Lee.

Fourth and fifth prizes of $20 Bunnings vouchers went to Hazel Pollack and K. Betts.
