Coraki Art Prize entries closing

ARTISTS are reminded the closing date for entries into this year's Coraki Art Prize is tomorrow.

The official opening of the art prize is Friday, October 23, from 6pm at the Coraki Conference Centre in Union Street.

Food and drink will be on sale from the bar and pop-up eatery on the night.

Exhibition days are Saturday, October 24 10am-5pm and Sunday, October 25, 10am-3.30pm.

With the popularity of the art prize increasing each year, the exhibitions will be held in two places including the conference centre and Brandon Hall at the Anglican Church on Queen Elizabeth Drive.

Entry fees for sections 1-4 are $15 for the first entry and $5 for the second.

Entry fees for sections 5-7 are $7.50 for the first entry and $2.50 for the second.
