Controversial Lynwood NBN tower approved

A CONTROVERSIAL application for a 45m NBN tower at Lynwood, near Uralba, has been approved by Ballina Shire councillors.

Cr Keith Johnson moved a motion to approve the tower, despite a recommendation from staff to refuse the application because of concerns raised by the management of the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport.
