Comment invited for Byron bottle shop

PROPONENTS and community members interested in commenting on the controversial application to open a Dan Murphy's bottle shop in Byron Bay can contribute to a public forum next month.

The Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority will host a conference to hear public comments on Tuesday September 4  from 3pm to 8pm at the Byron Community Centre theatre.

The conference is open to the public, however those wishing to speak at the conference are asked to register in advance by contacting Troy Bell on 02 9995 0355, or by emailing bell@ilga.nsw.gov.au.
