Countdown is on for healthier, happier slim challengers

SEVEN, six, five, four … next week we'll announce the results of our Slim Challenge and you'll see all our winners looking happier and healthier.

Goonellabah's Greg Holland is spending the final week going hard at the gym while business owner Donna Connolly said she was also craving exercise.

Casino mum Cristy Handcock is back on the wagon and has lost the two kilograms that she gained when "comfort food" started to sneak back into her diet.

"Food and exercise are going well," she said.

Leeanne Sanders, of Goonellabah, continues to power on.

"I'm going to the gym before work and walking in the afternoons," she said.

"I've surprised myself how I have tackled the exercise."
