Carols, fireworks and family fun

THE Shopbaby Carols by Candlelight will be held at Oakes Oval tomorrow night, with plenty of fun for the whole family.

Gates open at 4.30pm, with the event kicking off at 6pm. It will be hosted by Peggy Pop Art and there will be special appearances by Big Dog and the man himself, Santa.

Come along and sing to old favourites such as Silent Night, Twelve Days of Christmas, Joy to the World, Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Holy Night and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.

There will be a Kidzone, variety of food and drink stalls, and glow sticks will be available for purchase.

The night will end with a fireworks display, sponsored by Summerland Credit Union.

The Shopbaby Carols by Candlelight is a free event, but please give generously to the donation buckets, with all money raised going to the Lismore Business Panel's Children's Christmas Fund.

Glass will not be permitted in the venue for safety reasons.
