Car crashes into business

A LISMORE business was struck by a wayward motorist on Tuesday night after a storm caused dangerous driving conditions.

The car flattened the fence of a house in Magellan Street before running into a nearby business.

The garage of the business was damaged, with the roller door bent and bricks knocked out of the framework. Work to stabilise the wall was required.

It’s not known if the driver was injured.
