LITTLE Aashka was born behind the eight-ball, a twin at 25 weeks gestation, where her sister unfortunately didn't make it.

Now the young Coraki girl has vision and hearing impairment, cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus.

According to her mum Nina, Aashka needs medical treatment for the rest of her life and has opened a GoFundMe account in the hope of raising $2,000 to help cover the ongoing costs.

The Coraki Markets committee have rallied to the aid of the young girl and are asking for people to bring saleable, good quality items to help raise funds.

"Her medical needs are expenive and this little Coraki darling deserves a good chance at life." markets coordinator Kate Crockett said.
