Byron Quiksilver store up for sale

QUIKSILVER'S new flagship retail store in Byron Bay is up for sale, with hopes of $6 million.

Melbourne pub mogul John van Haandel has listed the purpose-built property, officially opened last March.
Van Haandel also runs the neighbouring Beach Hotel.

It includes two apartments above the shop, which Quiksilver offering tourists and surfing fans "the chance to live, breathe and sleep the Quiksilver brand".

Jones Lang LaSalle's Sam Hatcher in Brisbane and Stuart Taylor in Melbourne have the listing.

The property lies on the northern end of Jonson Street near Byron's main beach.
