Byron preparing for NYE

BYRON Shire Council is calling for expressions of interest from market stall holders and community groups that feature local home-made, home-grown or locally produced items to operate on New Year's Eve.

Market stalls will operate in Apex Park, Byron Bay from 4pm to midnight, December 31.

The alcohol free event will feature amusement rides, children's' entertainment and fireworks.
