TO CELEBRATE its 25th birthday, iconic Australian brand Byron Bay Cookie Company is collaborating with one of the country’s most celebrated chefs, Christine Manfield, to create a limited edition cookie, and is thrilled this will mark the beginning of a larger brand ambassadorship.

The milestone birthday will be officially celebrated in December, when the Passionfruit & Dark Chocolate Cookie will be launched exclusively in David Jones, and available in Australia’s premium department store for a limited time.

As one of Australia’s leading culinary ambassadors, Christine’s professional culinary life as restaurateur has culminated in three ground-breaking, acclaimed restaurants: Paramount in Sydney from 1993 to 2000, East@West in London from 2003 to 2005 and Universal from 2007 to 2013. Her myriad award winning books include Dessert Divas and Paramount Desserts.
The Passionfruit & Dark Chocolate Cookie combines a rich shortbread biscuit base with real passionfruit puree and pieces of decadent dark chocolate.
