BURNS Point Ferry at West Ballina is currently closed for its annual dry dock maintenance.

The ferry will reopen to vehicles on November 7.

Ballina Shire Council apologises for any inconvenience.

Anyone wishing to travel to South Ballina from West Ballina can still access the area via the Pacific Hwy through Wardell, then turn left on to River Dr.
