Body pulled from dam after deaths of mother, three kids

POLICE divers have pulled a body from a dam after a mother and her three children were killed on a farm near Wagga Wagga in New South Wales.

The Sydney Morning Herald is reporting sheep and grain farmer Geoff Hunt has not been seen since the bodies of his wife Kim, 41 and children Fletcher, 10, Mia, eight and Phoebe were found dead on their property on Tuesday.

SMH reports divers entered the muddy dam before 2pm today, recovering the remains about 30 minutes later.

Police confirmed a suicide note was found but were still looking for the gun that killed the Hunt family.

On Tuesday, NSW Police formed a "strike force" to investigate the deaths.

Two crime scenes have been established at the property -- one at the house, the other near the dam where divers today found the remains.

Police said at the time there were "grave concerns" for Mr Hunt.
