Blasting impact explantions sought

PROPERTY owners within a 500 metre radius of a proposed new Pacific Highway tunnel under St Helena Hill are individually being approached by NSW Roads and Maritime Services officials to explain the impact of planned blasting work next year.

A public meeting in Bangalow on the planned Tintenbar to Ewingsdale new 110kmh stretch of highway was today told the individual consultation had begun and is ongoing.

As well the next monthly consultation session on the highway in the Bangalow A and I Hall will be dedicated to explaining more about the blasting work.
