EVERY man needs a shed and no one knows that better than Bill Farrand.

The Mallanganee resident's shed is chockers with chairs, doors, timber, copper, an old organ and even a rifle from the beer riots in Darwin in the 1920s.

Mainly self-taught Bill loves working with his hands to create and 'upcycle' old materials.
