Bikie gang member shot dead

A BIKIE gang member has been shot dead and his father and club president wounded in Adelaide's north.

Police believe the men were shot at Dry Creek and then drove to nearby Prospect where a police patrol vehicle was stopped near the Prospect Village Shopping Centre about 9pm (CDT) yesterday.

Giovanni Focarelli, 22, was dead by the time ambulance crews arrived while his father, Comanchero club president Vince Focarelli, was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
