Woman's Day has this morning released video of Bachelor Blake Garvey with runner-up Louise, who the magazine describes as "the real love of his life".

Following his proposal then subsequent break-up with Bachelor Australia winner Sam Frost, viewers and the media turned on the tall, dark and handsome Blake.

Speculation became bizarre, with at least one unnamed source claiming Garvey had a "Cabbage Patch Doll" collection.

According to the magazine, which snagged the exclusive interview with the pair, "it's crystal clear from his words and body language Louise is the one he wants to be with, forever".

Woman's Day tells how Blake expressed his love for the bubbly blonde with a love letter delivered by Louise's father.

He told Louise ahead of the finale that he had chosen the wrong woman.

He wrote in the letter: "My one wish is that I don't want to just be your first love, I want to be your first, last and only".

"True love has a way of finding you no matter what," a smitten Louise tells Woman's Day from the pair's island-paradise getaway, where they've escaped to really get to know each other away from the cameras.

"I just never felt quite right saying goodbye to her," he said.

Jilted series winner Sam Frost has already spoken about the pairing, once rumours were confirmed on the weekend.

"It's quite heartbreaking," Frost told NewsCorp.

"I was secretly hoping the rumours weren't true. It was really disappointing they didn't come to me first and say: 'By the way, this has happened'. I think I deserved that."
