
Armed robbery at fuel station
POLICE have revealed information this morning regarding an armed robbery of the BP service station at Chinderah on February 25.
According to Tweed police, a man aged about 17-19 entered the service station on Chinderah Bay Dr about midnight.
He was armed with a knife and demanded money before escaping with a small amount of cash.
The man has been described as Caucasian, about 162-165cm tall with a thin build and shoulder length light brown hair.
He was wearing a dark coloured baseball cap, jacket, dark blue knee length shorts and a white scarf or bandanna over his face.
Police would like to speak to two witnesses in the service station at the time.
