Whoa! Twins leave even The Hoff dumbstruck

TALKING to either of the Greenbank sisters would leave many men tripping over their tongues.

Dealing with both the stunning 19-year-old Lismore twins even left David Hasselhoff dumbstruck.

The cult TV hero encountered the identical sirens while they competed in the Body Double World's Most Beautiful Twins Competition in Sydney in December.

Hasselhoff was making a film clip for his new album and decided to include the Lismore Southern Cross University students ? even though they had no idea who he was.

"All the other girls were going 'Oh my God, it's The Hoff!', and we were like 'Who?'," laughed Amy.

Carrie-Anne added: "It was bizarre. We just had to walk up this alleyway and he went, 'Whoa, twins'."

Carrie-Anne said the competition ? which they entered through their agency, Gilchrist Casting and Model Management ? was a revelation.

Meeting other duplicate siblings, they were able to share experiences and find out what it was like to encounter identical twins for the first time.

"We couldn't tell them apart either," Amy giggled.

"We stood out because we're so tall and we were pretty much the only ones there from the country."

After days of photo shoots and interviews, the Greenbank girls made it to the finals of the competition, which is to be screened later this year on pay TV.

Northern Rivers residents can vote for the twins on the Internet and if they top the poll they'll get to go to Las Vegas for the finale, where they'll compete with contestants from all over the world.

With the 'The Hoff' backing them, they can't possibly lose. Whoa.
