Top netball coach in local visit

FORMER NSW Institute of Sport netball coach Margaret Corbett will hold a coaching clinic in Lismore on Sunday, March 2, from 9am to 4pm at Richmond River High School.

Lismore Workers Netball Club has organised the clinic for regional coaches to learn from the highly respected Level 3 coach, who has also had experience at State and national level.

“Workers Club has organised this coaching clinic to give our regional coaches the opportunity to assess quality coaching sessions without having to travel to Sydney or Brisbane,” Lismore Workers Netball Club president Colleen Gaudron said.

“We saw the need to give our grassroots coaches the opportunity to access this level of coach education at a local level, having the opportunity to not only participate in the coach-the-coach sessions but to also get practical on-court sessions.”

The day is open to all regional coaches. For bookings, contact Colleen Gaudron on 66218918 or email rjcj@aapt.net.au
