Perfect one day, winter the next
WILD and woolly weather has swept through the Northern Rivers in the past two days. We went from perfect summer one day to winter the next.
Strong winds brought down trees, some gardens enjoyed a reasonable soaking, and many people spent time under the doona watching DVDs.
Others who didn't mind the conditions were English tourists Rachel Mason and Mina Eaton who thought the blustery conditions atop Cape Byron yesterday were quite mild compared with their home port of Plymouth.
