Ms Goodrem, can I get 450 autographs?

ANDREW KEPPIE knows most of Delta Goodrem's songs off by heart, but you won't catch him singing them.
Instead, the 26-year-old music teacher at Ballina's Emmanuel Anglican College will be playing them on the electric guitar on stage with Delta.
Mr Keppie has been chosen as the guitarist in Delta's backing band for her Visualise tour, set to travel around Australia in July visiting every capital city except Darwin.
"I was recommended by a keyboard player who's a good mate of mine," the Broken Head resident said.
"I flew down to Sydney last weekend for a meeting and audition with the musical director.
"It seemed right and I got on well with the people and it just sort of happened."
But this isn't Mr Keppie's first brush with celebrity singers.
He has also toured with Hilary Duff, former Popstars winner Scott Cain, country band Bella, and several Australian Idol finalists including Marty, Courtney and Dan from last year's season.
He has had to take two months' leave to attend rehearsals throughout June and to jet-set around the country with Delta.
"I knew I would have to get time off to do it, and I suspected they (the school) would be cool with it, but they were really, really cool about it," he said.
"The support from the school has been incredible."
But while on tour, Mr Keppie won't be able to forget his other job.
"I'm going to be writing reports while on aeroplanes," he said.
"And I have to get about 450 autographs for all the kids at school."
