APPRENTICE Joshua Jones rode a winning treble at the Beef Week Cup race meeting at Casino yesterday, including the feature event.

Jones, who has had an outstanding debut season as a race rider, won the Casino RSM Club Beef Week Cup (1400m) on the seven-year-old gelding Good Luck ($5 equal favourite) for trainer Stephen Lee.

Good Luck won by half a length from Fair Game ($5 equal favourite), with Kendrick Lad ($7) a long neck back in third place.

Jones and Lee also combined to take out the Tatts Hotel Maiden Plate (1000m) with Hello Tash ($5) and the Northern Co-op Meat Company Charity Cup (1000m) with King Of Spain ($3.20 favourite).
