Daleys v Daleys in netball decider

DALEYS Tribes have ensured an all-Daleys Lismore premier division netball grand final after downing Rous 2 in the preliminary final on Saturday. The younger Tribes side will face sister team Daleys in the grand final next Saturday after proving too strong for Rous 2, winning 51-34. A dominant performance by centre Kristy Durheim paved the way for Tribes, and it augurs well for a strong performance against the unbeaten Daleys in the premiership decider. Durheim dominated the centre court, providing plenty of ball to the Tribes shooters. Goal attack Alex Denshire also had a strong game, while Lucy Burke was solid at goal defence. Rous 2 attack veterans Pauline Ianna and Mandy Lisetto were again consistent and the pick of their side along with the defenders, especially Charlotte Brierley. The Daleys sides finished one and two in the minor premiership, and a tough battle is expected next Saturday with the premiership grand final starting at 2.15pm. Junior and intermediate grand finals will be played earlier in the day. Other Lismore senior grand finals will feature: Div 2: Woodlawn Herrons v Workers Gold; Div 3: Breakaways 1 v Daleys Demons; Div 4: Tasty Rats v Rous Bisons; Div 5: Rous 1 v Italo Stars Shooting Stars; Div 6: Rous 3 v Italo Stars Lucky Stars; Div: 7 Workers Wabbits v Rous 6; Div 8: Italo Stars Hot Stars v Workers Vermillion; Div 9: Summerlanders Strikers v East Lismore 2; Div 10: Rous 5 v Rous 10; Div 11: Coastal Waters Renegades v Rous 11.
