Daleys continue on their netball winning ways

DALEYS continued their dominance of the Lismore and District Netball Association premier division with an emphatic 38-9 win over Random Rats on Saturday.

The 2004 premiers had little trouble against the Southern Cross University-based Rats, dominating throughout.

Centre Lisa Brown ensured the Daleys attack had plenty of possession, with goal shooter Jane Wiltshire powerful in attack.

Defenders Sarah Barratt and Dior Coombs, as well as centre Robyn McLaughlin, were the pick for the students.

Daleys remain undefeated and look set to dominate the rest of the season.

In others games, All Saints held on for a 39-35 win over Rous 2 after being up 21-10 at half-time; Woodlawn Herons were too strong for Workers Purple, winning 32-23 after being down 17-20 at half-time; and Daleys Tribes defeated Workers Gold 37-27 after leading 19-12 at half-time.
