Anzac Day marcher is looking for his lost war medal

AN EX-SERVICEMAN from Tweed Heads is looking for his Falkland Island War medal received while serving with the Royal Navy.

He last saw his medal when he was marching on Wharf St in the Tweed Heads Anzac Day march.

The medal is described as silver in colour with a blue, white and green ribbon.

Any person who finds this medal or any other service medal have been asked to hand them into police so they can be returned to the men and women who earned them.
